1. When you getup early in the morning let your mind free and let it think whatever it wants. If your mind says to scream then scream loudly. If your mind says to cry then cry fully. If your mind says to laugh on something or laugh on yourself then go for it. All and all let your mind free to do whatever it wants. Once this is done your mind is free of thinking and you can feed more things to your mind and you can just see the difference in that day. You can remember more things than before by doing this exercise everyday.
2. Before you go to sleep, keep your head and body straight and relax. Think about your dream house with green garden around the house, lot of flowers in the garden, a swimming pool and you are sitting in a romantic weather and feel it. Try to relax whole of your body, arms, legs, and your head. Make your mindset to the dream and then sleep. I bet you you will sleep like a child and you will get a nice sleep. Whatever the tension you have do this everyday to sleep properly every night.
